Cheddar Biscuits

  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 Tb COLD butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 heaping cup grated sharp cheddar
Topping:
  • 2 Tb melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pastry cut butter into dry ingredients. Add cheese and milk and mix well. Ice cream scoop onto cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes. Brush with topping. Mmm~
